I offer meals customized to your individual tastes featuring a variety of healthful, plant-based ingredients prepared in your home.  Your refrigerator and freezer is fully stocked with meals that only need to be thawed and heated.  How simple is that?  It's a dream come true!

Let me take care of providing you with delicious, nutritious meals using the finest produce and groceries.  I handle all of the details including menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and kitchen cleanup, giving you several hours each week to do the things you would rather be doing.

If you are a do-it-yourselfer; you will be interested in my cooking classes, which will show you how to prepare tasty, health-supportive meals.  It's like having a private cooking show in your own kitchen!  Invite some friends over and watch Chef Mark prepare a simply elegant plant-based meal for your enjoyment.

My wife's grandmother would sit down to the feast set out on the table at family dinners and exclaim, "We eat tonight!"  You'll be saying the same thing with The Duke of Fork's Personal Chef Service.  I would be delighted to discuss with you how I can save you time and improve your diet, well-being, and overall happiness.  Contact me at 614-306-6843614-306-6843 or email Chef@TheDukeofFork.com

Tuesday, August 12: Cooking Under Pressure at
Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Get ready to dust off that pressure cooker in your cabinet and start making quick and delicious meals. You will learn the basics of using a pressure cooker safely to create dishes that you didn't think were possible! Plus, you will receive a copy of "Pressure Cooking Perfection", a $13 value, plus a few other items to help with pressure cooking courtesy of the nice people at Fagor America, manufacturer of the pressure cookers I use. Demonstration and tasting, 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Cost is $35 per person, or $30 for Conservatory members. Register in advance by clicking here.

Thursday, August 21: Cooking Counts at Lucky's Market in Clintonville. I lived across the street from Lucky's first store in Boulder, Colorado, for a time and was impressed with the selection of fresh, local ingredients. Imagine my delight when they opened a store in Columbus, and I am thrilled to partner with them to offer a Cooking Counts series this summer. My cooking demonstration on August 21 at 6:30PM will be preceded on Tuesday, August 12,  by an educational talk with Lucky's nutritionist from Boulder, CO., Tracee Box. . I'll be showing you how a plant-based diet can be very price friendly, healthy, and extraordinarily yummy. Seating is limited, and advanced registration is required by emailing elisabethw@luckysmarket.com. Nutrition talk is free, and cooking demonstration is only $15.

Don't forget that I also offer private, in-home cooking classes that are tailored to your individual needs and questions. Invite a few friends over and we'll make it a cooking party! Contact me for pricing and more information.
